Boston-based · Managed ERPNext Hosting

Enterprise ERP power.
Small business pricing.

We host, manage, and support ERPNext so you can run accounting, inventory, HR, manufacturing, and CRM — without the six-figure price tag of SAP or NetSuite.

What is ERP — and why does your
business need one?

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a single system that connects every part of your business — accounting, inventory, customers, employees, projects, and manufacturing — into one shared source of truth. Instead of running your finances in one app, your inventory in a spreadsheet, and your customer list in a third, ERP brings it all under one roof.

A modern, open-source ERP platform gives small businesses the same operational backbone that Fortune 500 companies rely on — at a fraction of the cost. Here's what that looks like in practice:

📈

Accounting & Finance

General ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, multi-currency support, tax management, and automated financial reporting — all in real time. Replace your standalone accounting tool with something that actually talks to the rest of your business.

📦

Inventory & Warehouse

Track stock levels across multiple warehouses, set reorder points, manage serial numbers and batch tracking, and automate purchase orders when inventory runs low. No more surprise stockouts or over-ordering.

🤝

CRM & Sales

Manage your entire sales pipeline from lead capture to closed deal. Track opportunities, send quotes, convert to sales orders, and measure your team's performance — all connected to the same data your accounting team sees.

👥

HR & Payroll

Employee records, leave management, attendance tracking, expense claims, payroll processing, and recruitment — handled in the same system as everything else. No more re-keying employee data between disconnected tools.

Manufacturing

Bills of materials, work orders, production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), quality inspection, and subcontracting. Built for makers who need to manage what they build, not just what they sell.

📋

Project Management

Tasks, timesheets, milestones, Gantt charts, and profitability tracking per project. See how time and money flow through each engagement — and catch overruns before they eat your margin.

🛒

Buying & Procurement

Supplier management, purchase orders, request for quotation workflows, supplier scorecards, and landed cost tracking. Negotiate better, order smarter, and know exactly what you're spending with every vendor.

🌐

Website & E‑Commerce

A built-in website builder and online storefront connected directly to your inventory and payment systems. Customers see real stock levels, place orders, and pay — with everything flowing straight into your books.

The difference between a modern open-source ERP and the legacy systems from SAP or Oracle isn't just price — it's philosophy. Traditional ERP vendors charge per user, per module, per year, locking you into contracts that grow more expensive as your business grows. An open-source platform includes every module from day one, charges nothing for additional users, and gives you full ownership of your data.

That's the kind of ERP we host and manage for you. Every module listed above comes with every plan — no feature gates, no per-seat fees. And when you're ready for setup help, migration, training, or custom development, those services are available on your timeline.

Small businesses deserve real ERP — without the enterprise bill

Most ERP systems are built for Fortune 500 budgets. We think that's backwards.

$

SAP & NetSuite cost $50K+ per year

Per-user licensing, implementation fees, and annual renewals add up fast — often before you've even gone live.

QuickBooks can't keep up

Once you outgrow basic accounting, you're duct-taping spreadsheets to a tool that wasn't built for operations.

Frequently asked questions

What is managed ERPNext hosting?

Managed ERPNext hosting is a service where we handle everything — server setup, ERPNext installation, configuration, automatic updates, daily encrypted backups, security patches, and performance monitoring. You get a fully running ERP system without needing to manage any infrastructure yourself.

Do I need an IT team to use this?

No. That's the whole point. We act as your ERP operations team. We handle all the technical work so your staff can focus on using the system, not maintaining it. If something breaks at 2am, that's our problem — not yours.

What modules are included?

Every plan includes the full suite: accounting, inventory, CRM, sales, purchasing, HR and payroll, manufacturing, project management, asset tracking, helpdesk, website builder, and e-commerce. There are no per-module fees and no feature gates — you get everything from day one.

Can I migrate from QuickBooks or spreadsheets?

Absolutely. We handle the full migration — importing your chart of accounts, customer and vendor lists, inventory items, open invoices, and historical data. Most migrations from QuickBooks or spreadsheets are completed within one to two weeks.

Are there per-user fees?

No. Unlike SAP, NetSuite, and Odoo, our platform has no per-user licensing fees. Add as many employees as you need — five or fifty — without your monthly cost changing. You pay for the plan, not the headcount.

How does ERPNext compare to Odoo?

ERPNext is fully open-source with all modules included at no extra cost. Odoo's community edition is limited, and their enterprise version charges per user per module — which adds up fast. For small businesses under 50 employees, ERPNext typically costs 60–80% less than Odoo Enterprise.

How long does setup take?

Your ERPNext instance is live within 24–48 hours. Full configuration — setting up your chart of accounts, workflows, user roles, and importing data — typically takes one to three weeks depending on complexity. We work alongside your team throughout the process.

Do you serve businesses outside of Boston?

Yes. While we're headquartered in Boston's Allston neighborhood, we serve businesses across Massachusetts, New England, and the entire United States. Everything is cloud-based, so geography doesn't affect performance or support quality.

Who owns my data?

You do — completely. ERPNext is open-source, and your data lives on infrastructure we manage on your behalf. You can export everything at any time. There's no vendor lock-in and no exit fees. If you ever want to leave, your data goes with you.

Is ERPNext compliant with US accounting standards?

Yes. ERPNext supports US GAAP compliance out of the box, including multi-currency accounting, tax templates for state and federal taxes, 1099 reporting, and standard financial statements. We configure everything to match your specific reporting requirements during setup.
